, &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\">En el marco del XXXV Congreso Internacional de la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Asociaciones de Ejecutivas de Empresas Tur\u00edsticas (FIASEET) 2017, el secretario de Turismo del Estado de Guanajuato, Fernando Olivera Rocha present\u00f3 el seminario denominado \u201cLa importancia de las Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas de sustentabilidad en la gesti\u00f3n de destinos\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p5\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span class=\"x_gmail-s1\" style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Ante m\u00e1s de 100 mujeres, provenientes de M\u00e9xico, Paraguay, Chile, Brasil, Argentina, Per\u00fa y Colombia, Olivera Rocha precis\u00f3 que desde el inicio de la Administraci\u00f3n se incluy\u00f3 el Modelo de Sustentabilidad en los instrumentos de Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Estado de Guanajuato.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Estos instrumentos son: promocionar el desarrollo equilibrado sustentable, diversificar la oferta tur\u00edstica, incrementar la conectividad, mejorar la infraestructura, impulsar la digitalizaci\u00f3n, fortalecer la promoci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n de cadenas productivas nacionales, fomento de la inversi\u00f3n, elevar la competitividad, mejorar la regulaci\u00f3n y promover una cultura tur\u00edstica.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">En este tenor, destac\u00f3 la puesta en marcha de nuevos Productos Tur\u00edsticos, como los Festivales Gastron\u00f3micos a trav\u00e9s del programa \u2018Guanajuato \u00a1S\u00ed Sabe!\u2019, que rescata, promueve y difunde la Cocina Tradicional que ponen en valor las recetas heredadas de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n, que tienen como principal ingrediente el xoconostle, patrimonio tangible y principal ingrediente de la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><span class=\"x_gmail-Apple-converted-space\" style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; En este sentido, destac\u00f3 que Guanajuato es el \u00fanico Estado en todo el pa\u00eds productor de 5 tipos diferentes de destilados; vino, cerveza, pulque, tequila y mezcal, estos dos \u00faltimos con denominaci\u00f3n de origen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail-p6\" style=\"background-color: white; font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Donde la producci\u00f3n de \u00e9stos pone en manifiesto el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, fortaleciendo la econom\u00eda en el campo. Por ejemplo, la actividad vitivin\u00edcola se ha potencializado y pas\u00f3 de cosechar en 4 vi\u00f1edos a 27 generando 2 mil empleos.
