Turismo, Fernando Olivera Rocha durante su participaci\u00f3n en la mesa de discusi\u00f3n titulada \u201cLos Congresos Gastron\u00f3micos como detonadores de Turismo Gastron\u00f3mico Nacional\u201d, realizada como parte de las actividades del&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">Festival Internacional de Sabores Jalisco COME 2016<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">, en el Estado<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">, con una participaci\u00f3n de<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">&nbsp;60<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">&nbsp;mil visitantes<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">; a la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n en<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">&nbsp;2015<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">, dijo,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">es un evento que dura 15 d\u00edas, 220 mil asistentes a comer y alrededor de 145 eventos.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div \u201c<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">hemos creado todo un esfuerzo desde la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los prestadores de servicios, desde el desarrollo de producto tur\u00edstico para que en el Estado, la gastronom\u00eda sea producto de esfuerzos anuales y con ello&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">la creaci\u00f3n de los circuitos como el del tequila, el vino, el mezcal y la ruta del nopal, la de la fresa y de esta manera se da toda la actividad gastron\u00f3mica soportada por Guanajuato \u00a1S\u00ed Sabe!<\/span><span style=\"line-height: millones de pesos&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">para diferentes proyectos,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">esto ha permitido crear espacios como el Museo del Vino, impulsar el proyecto del centro de interpretaci\u00f3n del nopal en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">Val<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">tierrilla<\/span><span despu\u00e9s de 200 a\u00f1os la act<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">ividad vin\u00edcola en Guanajuato.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; vin\u00edcolas peque\u00f1as; despu\u00e9s de 3 a\u00f1os tenemos 350 hect\u00e1reas cultivadas, 23 ranchos vin\u00edcolas y la gente de la regi\u00f3n trabajando las vides y los turistas recorriendo los vi\u00f1edos y participando en el Festival Vendimia Guanajuato en el mes de agosto<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 21.6px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); line-height: 18.46px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">Finalmente, manifest\u00f3 que h<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">oy tenemos una pol\u00edtica&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">p\u00fablica nacional de gastronom\u00eda, \u201c<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">pero falta una gran convocatoria&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">nacional<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">, que&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 21.6px;\">estoy seguro se emprenden acciones en este sentido, para que coordinemos este enlace de festivales que ya tenemos hoy y desde la funci\u00f3n federal poder ordenar muy
