Pero las altas temperaturas para esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o han provocado que la nieve y el hielo se fundan, dejando las carreteras totalmente embarradas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 13.44px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"line-height: 18.176px;\">Como los neum\u00e1ticos con clavos son obligatorios en los reconocimientos y en la carrera, se tem\u00eda con que estos quedasen totalmente inservibles en estas circunstancias. Sin embargo, los organizadores han presentado un itinerario revisado reduciendo las 21 especiales programadas a 13, y recortando la distancia cronometrada de 331.21 km a 241.48 km.<\/span><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"line-height: 18.176px;\"><u style=\"line-height: 18.176px;\"><\/u><u style=\"line-height: 18.176px;\"><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 13.44px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"line-height: 18.176px;\">Mientras las temperaturas de hoy en la regi\u00f3n del rally no bajaban de 4\u00b0C, se espera que el clima sea m\u00e1s fr\u00edo la segunda parte de la semana.
