Unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, el denominado \u201ccine de rumberas\u201d ya no s\u00f3lo se limit\u00f3 a este ritmo cubano, sino que adopt\u00f3 influencias del musical hollywoodense, el chachach\u00e1, el mambo y otros g\u00e9neros musicales latinoamericanos que, representados en la pantalla grande, dieron muestra del multiculturalismo que exist\u00eda en el M\u00e9xico de esa \u00e9poca.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para estudiar los elementos cinematogr\u00e1ficos, pol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos y culturales que formaron al cine mexicano de rumberas, el Departamento de Extensi\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica de la Cineteca Nacional invita al&nbsp;<strong style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">curso \u201cCabareteras y rumberas del cine mexicano, 1938-1950\u201d, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 17 de octubre al 12 de diciembre, los s\u00e1bados de 11:00 a 14:00 horas en la Sala 6, Roberto Gavald\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ser\u00e1 coordinado e impartido por Jes\u00fas Alberto Caba\u00f1as Osorio, doctor en Historia del Arte por la Facultad de Filosof\u00eda y Letras de la UNAM. Especialista en cine, es dictaminador de programas y planes de estudio de carreras art\u00edsticas de Conaculta-INBA, y acad\u00e9mico de tiempo completo en la Universidad Iberoamericana, en donde imparte clases en la Licenciatura y en el postgrado en Comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cYo he trabajado en cine tambi\u00e9n. En cine de ficheras trabaj\u00e9 realizando coreograf\u00edas y me di cuenta que la danza en el cine es un tema bien especial. Entonces empec\u00e9 a investigar sobre lo que yo mismo hac\u00eda como core\u00f3grafo\u201d, coment\u00f3 el Dr. Caba\u00f1as en entrevista con la Cineteca Nacional.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">La importancia de estudiar un subg\u00e9nero tan representativo de su \u00e9poca, para el investigador, radica en lo mucho que todav\u00eda refleja la cultura contempor\u00e1nea. \u201cHace una radiograf\u00eda de lo que somos\u201d, coment\u00f3. \u201cSi el cine no propicia que cambiemos, s\u00ed propicia que nos veamos. Y como mexicanos no estamos acostumbrados a vernos frente al espejo\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">La primera sesi\u00f3n abordar\u00e1 de manera general las caracter\u00edsticas te\u00f3ricas, culturales, pol\u00edticas y econ\u00f3micas que dieron origen al subg\u00e9nero en cuesti\u00f3n. La exposici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 ejemplificada con segmentos de tres pel\u00edculas:&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Santa<\/em>&nbsp;(Antonio Moreno, 1931),&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">La mujer del puerto<\/em>&nbsp;(Arcady Boytler, 1933) y&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">La mancha de sangre<\/em>&nbsp;(Adolfo Best Maugard, 1937).<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">La clase siguiente, el 24 de octubre, ser\u00e1 dedicada al estudio de la construcci\u00f3n del cuerpo y de la imagen cinematogr\u00e1fica de la cabaretera, utilizando ejemplos de&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Carne de cabaret<\/em>&nbsp;(Alfonso Pati\u00f1o G\u00f3mez, 1939) y&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Se\u00f1ora tentaci\u00f3n<\/em>&nbsp;(Jos\u00e9 D\u00edaz Morales, 1947).<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por otra parte, el an\u00e1lisis del ambiente y la atm\u00f3sfera del cabaret mexicano girar\u00e1 en torno a una producci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Si fuera una cualquiera<\/em>&nbsp;(1949), de Ernesto Cort\u00e1zar, durante la sesi\u00f3n del&nbsp; 31 de octubre. A partir de esa fecha, todas las clases estar\u00e1n ejemplificadas por una sola pel\u00edcula.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 22.72px; margin-bottom: 1.35em; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las seis proyecciones siguientes ser\u00e1n&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Trotacalles<\/em>&nbsp;(1951), de Matilde Landeta;&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">V\u00edctimas del pecado<\/em>&nbsp;(1950) y&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Sal\u00f3n M\u00e9xico<\/em>(1948), de Emilio Fern\u00e1ndez, y&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Sensualidad<\/em>&nbsp;(1950),&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Aventura en r\u00edo<\/em>&nbsp;(1952) y&nbsp;<em style=\"line-height: 22.72px;\">Aventurera<\/em>&nbsp;(1949), de Alberto Gout. Las cintas ilustrar\u00e1n temas como la danza, el car\u00e1cter ex\u00f3tico y melodram\u00e1tico de las rumberas, y las repercusiones que este g\u00e9nero tuvo en el ambiente religioso, moral y
