Con este reporte buscamos educar y concientizar a las personas sobre la importancia de estar atentos a los s\u00edntomas y de tener una buena salud mental en el trabajo, lo cual se reflejar\u00e1 en su productividad y nivel de vida\u201d<\/i>, afirm\u00f3, Andr\u00e9s Gomez Country Manager de Buk M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El \u201cburnout\u201d se ha vuelto tendencia tanto en redes sociales como en las conversaciones diarias en el trabajo. Es un s\u00edndrome de agotamiento f\u00edsico y emocional que se produce como resultado de estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico en el trabajo que no ha sido manejado correctamente y es un problema serio que puede afectar negativamente la salud y el bienestar de los individuos, as\u00ed como su desempe\u00f1o en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Estas encuestas, adem\u00e1s de mostrar indicadores de burnout en M\u00e9xico y la regi\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n complementan la radiograf\u00eda de percepci\u00f3n laboral, agregando el concepto del quiet quitting. Las preguntas realizadas se orientaron a detectar con qu\u00e9 frecuencia el colaborador estaba experimentando sensaciones o emociones que podr\u00edan relacionarse con el estr\u00e9s laboral. Por ejemplo, sentimiento de angustia antes de ir al trabajo, agobio o agotamiento con el equipo de trabajo, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de estas respuestas y en complemento con entrevistas a expertos en temas de salud mental y bienestar laboral algunos de los hallazgos m\u00e1s notorios del reporte son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el burnout:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">5% de las personas mayores de 50 a\u00f1os presenta s\u00edntomas de burnout.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Los j\u00f3venes son m\u00e1s susceptibles a experimentar burnout laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobre el entusiasmo laboral:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">El agotamiento laboral es m\u00e1s com\u00fan en hombres que en mujeres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El 67% de los participantes de la encuesta se siente emocionalmente agotado por el trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobre el Quiet Quitting:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">El 37% de los participantes de la encuesta no siente entusiasmo por su trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El 18% se\u00f1ala que en su trabajo hace el m\u00ednimo necesario por el sueldo que recibe.<\/li>\n<li>El 35% no se siente realizado con lo que hace en el trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al hablar de burnout tanto las empresas como sus colaboradores tienen la responsabilidad de contribuir para contrarrestarlo.
