Este Real de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Sierra de Pinos, fue fundado en la segunda mitad del s. XVI, durante las exploraciones espa\u00f1olas realizadas por el capit\u00e1n mestizo zacatecano Miguel Caldera.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Como toda poblaci\u00f3n minera, la irregular topograf\u00eda natural propici\u00f3 el forjamiento de un conglomerado pero encantador conjunto de viviendas que con el transcurrir dieron forma e importancia al real, surgiendo estupendos edificios religiosos como la parroquia de San Mat\u00edas, el templo de Tlaxcalita, el de San&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Francisco y el de la Santa Veracruz.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">As\u00ed como el convento de San Francisco y otros importantes edificios, las encantadoras plazas y sus museos de Arte Sacro y Regional. Juntamente con estos monumentos, Pinos cuenta con singulares tradiciones, como su feria regional de San Mat\u00edas y la Fiesta de los Faroles, que se celebra el 8 de diciembre.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, sus s\u00f3lidas ra\u00edces afloran en su folklore artesanal, musical y gastron\u00f3mico, realizando magn\u00edficos textiles, coloquios populares, danzas de Matlachines y de Pluma y una moderada destilaci\u00f3n de exquisitos mezcales.
